Investment Philosophy

The core of our investment management philosophy is that successful performance is achieved by adopting a longer-term and consistent approach to investment strategy and strict adherence to the research process.

We are style agnostic long-term investors focused on capital preservation whilst aiming to achieve consistent and superior investment returns without exposing clients’ assets to unnecessary risk. Our investment style is based on
disciplined, in-depth, analytical research, taking a long-term horizon of up to 5 years. The aim is the construction of client portfolios which consistently outperform their market benchmark. The analysis of all assets available to the Fund is grounded on both qualitative and quantitative fundamental analysis. The basic idea is to identify the intrinsic value of every security based on its ability to deliver a cash flow return to its owner.

Institutional/Scheme Training

Some of our training services include:

Personal Finance Planning

This is a programme we provide for all Scheme Members to enable them manage their personal
investments while still in service. We believe that a financially empowered workforce is a sustainable
workforce.

Pre-retirement Training

This programme seeks to address concerns of employees who are just about to retire. We take them
through how to prepare and plan for retirement. This encompasses managing their finances, health, lifestyle, estate planning and other aspects that may affect them in retirement.

Property Investment Advisory

We have built the capacity to offer a wealth of research and advice on Property Strategy, Investment Research, Implementation methodologies, and technical liaison services insofar as engagement with other party consultants (e.g. architects, engineers, financiers and property managers) is concerned.
