FA, Timothy Mulondo – Head, Property Investment & Advisory

Meet Timothy, our accomplished Property Investment Manager, overseeing a spectrum of responsibilities encompassing Client Advisory, Property Portfolio Operations, and Deal Sourcing at GenAfrica. Timothy brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as a Property Investment Manager at Britam Asset Managers, Kenya. In this role, he focused on supervising Property Portfolio Operations and preparing Property Investment Recommendations for both Internal and External Property Mandates, along with deal sourcing and evaluation. Before his time at Britam, Timothy held a significant position as the head of the Research & Consultancy unit at Axis Real Estate Limited, a leading real estate brokerage and consultancy firm. Timothy’s educational background includes a Degree in Land Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). Additionally, he has undertaken several professional certifications, solidifying his expertise in the field. Timothy is a Registered Valuer and Registered Estate Agent, and he is presently undertaking an MBA from the University of South Wales. His diverse skill set and commitment to ongoing professional development make him an invaluable member of the GenAfrica team.
